Crowe’s Cabinets is looking for a hardworking, talented individual, who can manage and coordinate multiple projects, to join our growing business as Project Managers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Review and redline shop drawings and prepare submittal for each project
- Review and determine possible project issues and submit RFI’s to architect as needed
- Create material figures per project
- Order job-specific materials
- Travel and field measure projects / attend job meetings
- Design/Engineer custom cabinets
- Use AutoCAD as needed
- Use Cabinet Vision software to produce production documents such as cut-bills for saws and programming for CNC machines
- Produce countertop layout drawings and cut-bills
- Coordinate project schedules with our office/shop and the customer
- Generate and maintain monthly billing for all projects
- Use Tradesoft software for project tracking/billing/and organization
- Assist shop personnel with project questions
- Quality Control
- Ensure AWI standards are maintained throughout each project
Experience:
- Relevant: 2 years (preferred)

Requirements:
- Prior experience as Project Manager or similar position
- Prior experience in a related woodworking field preferred
- Prior experience with AutoCAD, Patterns System, Cabinet Vision, and Tradesoft preferred
- Knowledge of AWI standards
- Able to use Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Able to read blueprints and architectural drawings
- Proficient with typing
- Proficient with math/geometry/metric units and able to read a tape measure
- Able to travel to job-sites
- Any field or shop experience is a plus
- Able to work with others and collaborate
- Able to be a problem solver and think outside of the box
- Willing and able to work overtime
- Mechanically inclined and visionary
- Willing to do whatever it takes to complete the task at hand, efficiently; understands that our customers are our number one priority
- Willing and able to learn new things and to learn from mistakes
Compensation:
- Pay Rate is determined upon experience.
